We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for deposits, services, or materials.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased, ordered, or work has been scheduled.

  • If a project is canceled before any materials are purchased or labor is scheduled, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Apex Outdoor Renovations.

  • Deposits serve as a commitment to secure your project date, materials, and labor.

3. Service Refunds

Refunds for completed or in-progress services will not be issued unless:

  • A verified workmanship issue arises within the warranty period, and

  • Apex Outdoor Renovations has been given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund or credit toward future services may be considered.

4. Material Returns

  • Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered.

  • Standard materials may be eligible for return if unused, undamaged, and approved by both the supplier and Apex Outdoor Renovations.

  • Any applicable restocking or delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Weather Delays and Rescheduling

Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
In such cases, projects will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date, and all deposits or prepayments will remain valid and applied to the rescheduled work.

6. Quality and Satisfaction

We stand behind our craftsmanship.
If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can assess and address your concerns promptly.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications

  • Changes to project scope after work has started

  • Client-provided measurements, materials, or designs that cause errors

  • Delays caused by third parties, utilities, or site conditions outside our control
